Dan Davis

SE Regional President

A 3rd generation commercial roofing company owner but all 3 generations have owned different companies! “Roofing is in my blood and I love leading this team” – Dan. Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, Dan loves all things Michigan State sports. When he is not leading our team, Dan enjoys traveling with his wife and two children.

Andy Helms

Purchasing Agent

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Andy joined the Davco team in 2023. He brings almost 30 years of experience in the roofing industry. Andy enjoys the chemistry and unity of the team here at Davco, and feels it resembles an ultra-modern approach to a skilled construction based industry. “If you make a commitment, honor it, even if it hurts and is uncomfortable. Always do what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it.” In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and maintaining involved with his church. He loves cars and is a huge sports fan.

Chris Gore

President

Chris started working in the roofing industry on a crew during high school summers, and he never looked back. After extensive experience with other local roofing companies, Chris joined Davco in 2021. “We have a great group of people who are all working toward a common goal, to make this company successful.” During his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and daughters. He also enjoys hunting and playing golf.

Marty Gair

Account Manager

“Be the reason someone believes in the goodness of people.” Marty joined the Davco team in 2010, bringing over 15 years of roofing experience with him. Marty is driven by positivity, loyalty and enjoys working with his team, along with the daily challenges of the job. He enjoys spending his time off with his wife, three children, and granddaughter.

Mike Pienkosz

Lead Estimator

Mike joined the Davco team in 2009 and has been in the roofing industry since he was 17. At Davco, he favors the team atmosphere and being a part of the company growth. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, dogs, and traveling.

Ken Neeley

Controller

Ken joined Davco in August 2024, bringing with him over two decades of experience in the construction industry. With more than 10 years dedicated to project-based operations, Ken understands the importance of providing timely and accurate financial information to the management team.

Throughout his career, Ken has championed the implementation of strong and consistent processes, believing that reliable systems are the foundation for providing project performance results to support strategic decision-making. His approach is grounded in integrity and a customer-first mindset, best captured by his guiding principle: “Doing what’s right is always in the customer’s and the company’s best interest.”

Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children enjoying sports, hiking in the mountains, and fishing.
